Terminal Layout
The terminal is a building on two levels. Passengers flying on Air New Zealand board or depart their aircraft using an aerobridge located at Gate 12 on the first floor or Gates 2 or 3 on the ground floor. Charter passengers use Gate 4 on the ground floor. Stewart Island Flights’ passengers use Gate 1 on the ground floor.

The baggage reclaim is at the southwest corner of the terminal and is located by turning right after leaving the main exit doors from the terminal.
